We started Mom’s Pharmacy RX to change the face of community pharmacy here in Brooklyn, NY. Our number one priority is promoting the health and wellness of our community, providing excellent customer service, and cultivating a friendly neighborhood healthcare resource.

We have 20+ years experience in community pharmacy and clinical training to assist our patients. Our expertise include medication therapy management in chronic diseases that plague our Brooklyn community: diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, infectious disease, and HIV.
